Researchers at Johns Hopkins University are seeking individuals to participate in a research study looking at the effects of psilocybin, a naturally occurring compound contained in hundreds of species of psychoactive mushrooms, on electrical activity in the brain (measured with electroencephalography, or EEG) and the body.
Volunteers must be between the ages of 18 and 75, must be medically and psychiatrically healthy, and must be willing and able to travel to the Johns Hospital Campus for multiple study visits.
Confidentiality will be maintained for all applicants and participants.
