Alexa D’Amato-Orloff

Alexa is a Junior at Johns Hopkins University with a primary major in Psychology and an additional major in Philosophy. At the center, she is currently an intern on a project investigating psilocybin and MDMA for veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Alexa is interested in the potential psychedelics have in the treatment of psychological disorders, particularly anxiety and trauma-stressor related disorders. She hopes to utilize and expand upon the knowledge gained from the CPCR in a future career in clinical psychology.
