Jess has spent the past decade living and breathing clinical research in various contexts and therapeutic areas, including alcoholism, pain treatment, oncology, urology, and mental health. She began her research career as a study coordinator at the Johns Hopkins Behavioral Pharmacology Research Unit, adjacent to the Center for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research. She feels privileged to return to the Center in the position of Sr. Compliance Monitoring Specialist. In this role, Jess ensures the Center’s research is conducted in compliance with study protocols, applicable federal regulations, IRB guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice. Jess believes strongly in conducting high quality research and keeping participants’ safety and wellbeing at the forefront. She is very excited about the work being done at the CPCR and the profound impact it will ultimately have on people’s lives.
