Naila Masom

Student Intern

Naila Masom is a master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins University. She is working primarily on a study investigating the effects of psilocybin on comorbid chronic low back pain and depression under the supervision of Dr. David Yaden. During her undergraduate education at Santa Clara University, Naila researched the neurobiological sex differences in autism spectrum disorder using fMRI data. Naila hopes to provide psychedelic integration services in her future practice with a specialization in attachment trauma.
