Seeking Volunteers for a Psilocybin Microdose Study

Researchers at Johns Hopkins are seeking individuals to participate in a research study looking at the effects of low-dose (microdose) psilocybin, a psychedelic drug found in naturally occurring mushrooms.

Eligible volunteers must be

  • Between the ages of 21 and 60

  • Medically and psychiatrically healthy

  • Willing and able to travel to the Johns Hopkins Bayview campus for multiple study visits

What will participation entail?

  • Participants will receive 5 microdoses of psilocybin or placebo at Johns Hopkins Bayview over the course of at least 2 weeks

  • During the drug sessions, participants will complete a variety of tasks and questionnaires
