Nathan Sepeda
Director of Data & Analytics
Nathan Sepeda is the Director of Data & Analytics for the Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research (CPCR). He has a background in psychology and neuroscience and is currently working on his master’s in data analytics. Nathan has led data management efforts for several clinical trials with psychedelic substances, including the first randomized control trial investigating the effects of psilocybin in major depressive disorder, and others exploring the effects of psilocybin on brain functioning, cognition, and well-being. In addition to his work with psilocybin, he has also studied the effects of 5-MeO-DMT, ibogaine, salvinorin-A, and ketamine. Nathan is responsible for designing the data infrastructure for the CPCR and is developing automated pipelines to process, manage, and analyze data across clinical trials. Nathan also manages data at The Ohio State University Center for Psychedelic Drug Research and Education (CPDRE).
