Valentina Vinuela

Valentina is an undergraduate student studying neuroscience and romance languages at Johns Hopkins University. At the CPCR, she is assisting with the anorexia study for psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy. Valentina is interested in how altered states of consciousness can be therapeutically applied to mental health treatment. She is particularly curious about the biological mechanisms behind the cognitive impacts of psychedelics and hopes to continue contributing to further research on the topic.
