Thomas Fomin
Student Intern
Thomas is an undergraduate researcher studying neuroscience and psychology at Johns Hopkins University. At the Center, Thomas assists with a study that measures the effects of different forms of music and sounds while taking psilocybin on brain functioning in healthy volunteers. Thomas is interested in exploring the ways psychedelics can help us understand our consciousness, our health, and the convergence of the two. He seeks to bridge aspects of positive psychology and self-improvement to the research done at the CPCR and beyond. In the future, Thomas wishes to expand and share his knowledge for the betterment of general society and bring more understanding to what truly makes us human.
